Adfast is currently seeking an **Industrial Colorist**

Under the supervision of the Co-Presidents, the main responsibilities of this position are to support production in the development of new colours and to undertake “colour matches” to meet specific customer requirements.

**Working Conditions**:
**Schedule**: Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.

**Status**: Permanent

**Main tasks and responsibilities**:

- Collect colour samples in production and ensure the completion of colour and quality tests for colour conformity;
- Collaborate with the Quality Team to ensure proper colour approval;
- Support the Production Team with any colour-related issues on the production lines;
- Participate in the identification and resolution of colour-related non-conformities;
- Actively participate in the development of new colours and colour matches;
- Ensure proper operation and use of various laboratory test equipment and tools;
- Compile and analyze data in colourimeter and archives
- All other related tasks.

**Job Requirements**:

- Obtain a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or other related field;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills (English and French)
- Experience in a manufacturing environment (an asset)
