**Role Summary**

Embark on a dynamic journey across various business units and functions, where you'll dive into the exciting realms of financial planning, shared services, and plant accounting with exposure to treasury, tax, internal audit, and financial reporting. As a program associate, you'll tackle a mix of routine tasks and high-impact special projects, tailored to each department's unique needs.

**Responsibilities**
- **Financial Maestro**:Prepare journal entries, financial statements, and supporting schedules. Maintain, review, and control accruals. Perform financial statement variance analysis versus prior periods and budget.
- **Data Maverick**:Dive into financial systems, extracting valuable insights and unraveling the stories within cost centers, functions, business units and groups. Work closely with branch management to review/discuss financial statement results and evaluate outcomes against key performance indicators.
- **Strategic Storytelling**:Craft compelling narratives explaining variances in financial performance, building persuasive business cases for cutting-edge investment projects.
- **Budgeting Guru**:Play a pivotal role in developing budgets, forecasts, strategic plans, managing inputs, and presenting data in a way that resonates with modern leaders.
- **Efficiency Champion**:Contribute to projects aimed at improving efficiency, elevating service levels, and revolutionizing operating costs.
- **Professional Growth Advocate**:Engage in networking events, leadership training, and a tailored professional development curriculum designed to nurture your success.

**Education and Certifications**
- **Experience**:1-3 years in an accounting role, preference given to those with public firm experience.
- **Qualification**:Preference given to individuals enrolled or that have completed an accounting designation (CA, CPA, CMA, or CGA).
- **Skills**:Advanced knowledge of Excel. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently with limited supervision.
- **Attributes**:Must be adept at multitasking and meeting deadlines. Ability to relocate.
