As a Full-Time Certified Dental Lab Technician, you will play a crucial role in our lab's success by utilizing your expertise in both traditional lab techniques and digital dentistry software. You will be responsible for creating dental restorations and prosthetics with the highest level of precision and aesthetic appeal. You will collaborate closely with our team of dental professionals to ensure the timely delivery of top-notch dental solutions to our clients.

**Responsibilities**:
Utilize traditional dental lab techniques to fabricate dental restorations and prosthetics.

Leverage your expertise in digital dentistry software, including InLab, ExoCAD, and 3Shape, to design and manufacture accurate and esthetically pleasing dental products.

Collaborate with dentists and dental technicians to ensure accurate interpretation of prescriptions and treatment plans.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to strict infection control and safety protocols.

Keep abreast of the latest developments in digital dental technology and software, continuously improving your skills and knowledge.

Assist in the training and mentorship of junior lab technicians, sharing your expertise and best practices.

**Qualifications**:
Certification as a Dental Lab Technician.

Proven experience in both traditional dental lab techniques and digital dentistry software.

Proficiency in working with InLab, ExoCAD, and 3Shape software platforms is highly beneficial.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality dental restorations.

Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

Ability to interpret dental prescriptions and treatment plans accurately.

Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
