JOB TITLE: BARTENDER (LAKESIDE SEAFOOD & GRILL)
STATUS: FULL-TIME
REPORTS TO: BARTENDER TEAM LEAD

Greets customers in a pleasant and professional manner, ensuring that the lounge and bar area is always welcoming, clean and well stocked. Ensures that patrons do not leave the property inebriated.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Mix cocktails.
2. Greet and initiate conversation with customers.
3. Ensure the lounge/banquet facility is clean, welcoming and well stocked.
4. Ensure patrons do not leave inebriated.
QUALIFICATIONS:

- Smart Serve
- Safe Food Handling Course
- Previous experience preferred.
- Point of sale computer knowledge would be an asset.
- Knowledge of mixed drinks would be an asset.
- Ability to work independently.
- Available for evening work, midweek and weekends.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- A background in customer service would be an asset.

Additional Information
This position requires a responsible, mature individual with initiative and a hands-on approach.
The incumbent must be well organized, flexible and have the ability to prioritize for maximum efficiency. This position requires someone with strong interpersonal skills, who is responsive to internal and external demands.
