We are currently looking for a motivated **Warehouse Clerk** to join our team. This position reports to the Warehouse Manager and has a fixed schedule from Monday to Friday of 37.5 hours per week.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare orders, pick, pack and ship merchandise
- Accept materials as they come in, signing shipping paperwork (waybills, reports) as applicable
- Answer shipping door in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare bills of lading, invoices and customs documents
- Stack shipment on skids and takes shipment to shipping dock
- Receive material and verify that incoming shipments are correct by comparing items and quantities
against bill of lading, purchase orders, manifest or other records
- Keep warehouse clean and shipping area well organized
- All other tasks as assigned

**Skills & Competencies**:

- **Positive attitude and ability to work with others in a team environment is essential**
- Verbal and written communication skills in English and French
- Basic working knowledge of computers and computer systems (UPS Connect V11.2.0 an asset)
- Must be organized, detail oriented and able to multi-task
- Ability to operate forklift (an asset)

**Education & Experience**:

- 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position

Nous sommes présentement à la recherche d'un(e) **Commis d’entrepôt** motivé(e) pour se joindre à notre équipe. Ce poste relève du gestionnaire d'entrepôt et a un horaire fixe du lundi au vendredi de 37,5 heures par semaine.

**Responsabilités**:

- Préparer les commandes, prélever, emballer et expédier les marchandises;
- Accepter les matériaux au fur et à mesure qu'ils arrivent, en signant les documents d'expédition
(lettres de transport, rapports) au besoin;
- Répondre à la porte d'expédition de manière opportune et professionnelle;;
- Préparer les connaissements, les factures et les documents douaniers;
- Empiler l'expédition sur des palettes et prendre l'expédition au quai d'expédition
- Suivre les transporteurs nationaux et internationaux
- Réceptionner le matériel et vérifier que les expéditions entrantes sont correctes en comparant les
articles et les quantités contre connaissement, bons de commande, manifeste ou autres documents
- Gardez l'entrepôt propre et la zone d'expédition bien organisée
- Toutes autres tâches assignées

**Aptitudes et compétences**:

- **Attitude positive et capacité à travailler avec les autres dans un environnement d'équipe est essentiel**
- Compétences en communication orale et écrite en anglais et en français
- Connaissance de base des ordinateurs et des systèmes informatiques (UPS Connect V11.2.0 un atout)
- Doit être organisé, soucieux du détail et capable d'effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois
- Capacité à conduire un chariot élévateur (un atout)

**Éducation et expérience**:

- 1 à 2 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire
