Framer/carpenter

*Job Summary* As a Framer, you will be responsible for constructing the framework of buildings, including walls, floors, and roofs. This role requires expertise in carpentry and the ability to interpret schematics to ensure accurate construction. *Duties* - Build and assemble structural frameworks using wood or metal materials - Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications - Operate hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, and fit materials - Construct building frameworks, including walls, floors, and roofs - Install windows, doors, siding, and insulation - Repair or restore existing structures as needed - Work with concrete forming and finishing when required *Experience* - Previous experience as a framer or carpenter is preferred - Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools - Knowledge of concrete forming and finishing techniques is a plus - Ability to weld or operate heavy equipment is advantageous

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
