We invite creative and entrepreneur-minded individuals who have achieved success in supervising a retail operations team to pursue a rewarding career at Starbucks as a Starbucks Supervisor.
You will get a great opportunity, leveraging your retail experience, to:

- Assist the Starbucks Manager in overseeing the department’s growth in sales and profitability including the implementation of department programs, ordering, receiving, inventory, merchandising, training and coaching in achieving operational standards
- Deploy baristas and delegate tasks to create a Unique Alberta Experience for our customers by providing excellent customer service with prompt service, quality beverages, and maintain a clean and comfortable store environment
- Assist the Starbucks Manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Effective oral communication skills
- Knowledge of the retail environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to direct the work of others
- Ability to learn quickly
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team members with professional maturity
