**Responsibilities**:

- Provide ongoing retail administrative support to assist in the achievement of growth targets and ensure exceptional service delivery to members
- Collaborate with the regional team to develop creative and innovative approaches to achieving results
- Build value-based relationships with the regional team, staff, and members
- Be an active member of the branch team to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Participate in business development, growth, and community engagement strategies

**Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of deposit and loan products and services, or willingness and ability to learn
- Motivated team player with a willingness to help out, for the overall good of the team and members
- Ability to prioritize work requirements to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work within time constraints
- Experience in a customer service-oriented environment
- Adaptable to a fast-paced work environment
