**What Role Will You Play?**

As an Overnight Lead, you will:

- Be the Subject Matter Expert within your department
- Identify coaching/training opportunities within the team
- Maintain extensive knowledge and familiarization of products, policies, and procedures while staying attuned with industry best practices.
- Act as the leadership representative for the overnight shift.

**Who You Are**:

- **Education**:You have a minimum of a High School Diploma (or equivalent) or higher
- **Ready for a New Challenge**:As an Overnight Lead, you will be playing a fundamental role to the success of your team. You will receive comprehensive training to set you up for success. 12 months of working in a fraud specialist or customer service role is preferred.
- **Experienced**:12 months of working in a fraud specialist or customer service role is required.
- **Bilingual**:Able to service customers in both French and English (preferred)
- **Flexible**:Currently this posting has a _Hybrid working schedule _which requires attendance in person at our Sudbury office as needed
