We are excited to announce an opportunity for a talented and passionate Videographer to join our mortgage brokerage team. In this role, you will not only contribute your videography skills but also have the unique opportunity to provide creative input and actively collaborate with our team to develop and shape our marketing department. **Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with our marketing team to develop innovative video concepts and strategies that align with our brand vision and marketing objectives.
- Shoot and edit captivating videos that showcase our properties, mortgage services, and brokerage offerings, ensuring they resonate with our target audience.
- Take an active role in brainstorming creative ideas and contributing your unique perspective to enhance our marketing efforts.
- Work closely with our marketing team to develop cohesive video campaigns that align with our overall marketing strategies.
- Conduct interviews with real estate agents, mortgage brokers, and clients to create compelling testimonial videos that highlight the benefits of working with our brokerage.
- Utilize your creative expertise to craft visually appealing videos, incorporating music, graphics, and effects to enhance the overall storytelling experience.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and emerging video techniques to continuously improve the quality and impact of our video content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and implement new video marketing opportunities and platforms.

**Requirements**:

- Display a Drive to learn and grow in the creative field.
- Proficiency in using video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and knowledge of video production techniques.
- A passion for creativity, storytelling, and the ability to think outside the box to develop engaging video concepts.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members to achieve shared goals.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and consistently deliver high-quality results.
- Knowledge of the real estate and mortgage industry trends and terminology is advantageous.
- Access to your own videography equipment (camera, tripod, microphone, etc.) is preferred.
