# Who are you?

Trading Central has an aggressive roadmap for new product development and requires an experienced and energetic person to coordinate and lead the team.

**Main requirements**:

- You have at least 3 years of experience deploying product requirements for software products (working with agile methodology, SaaS model & SCRUM/SCRUMBAN ideally) with a strong analytical capability including ability to work with quantitative analytics.
- You are a quick decision maker with an aptitude for providing solutions.
- You are a strong collaborator (team player as well as an individual contributor) with a proved ability to implement concepts, ideas and plans while functioning in a flexible, constantly changing environment necessary, and able to engage effectively with teams (proven negotiation skills).
- You are capable of managing multiple stakeholders (external/ internal) on the best course of action for the product and able to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to accomplish project goals.
- You have an affinity for Investing or Stock Trading.

# What will we do together?

Joining our global team, in this role you will be responsible for product direction and management of Trading Central’s products. As this position is about collaborate closely with our team based in Eastern Europe, you will be required to work from 6am to 2pm Monday to Friday, attending our offices at leats twice per weeek or more if necesary.

**Your main responsibilities will be**:

- Write needed User Stories for features/product development
- Follow NEXT Scrumban agile development methodology (attending all needed ceremonies)
- Work with development to have features implemented
- Manage product roadmap and releases from a PM perspective (ensure sprints planning for User Stories)
- Support and work collaboratively with development teams to ensure best delivery
- Serve as a technical resource to sales and service
- Ensure stories are well documented including adequate acceptance tests
- Monitor the burndown rates and efficiency of the teams and implement improvements
- Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the sprints
- Attend all needed Scrumban ceremonies
- Plan development teams sprints to ensure that all needed User Stories are being worked on in the right sprints to deliver on roadmap and release plans.
