**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Completion of a MDR course from a recognized College
- One year experience in a Medical Device Reprocessing department preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Demonstrated organizational skills, communication (written and verbal), and the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Demonstrated knowledge of infection control, medical terminology, decontamination, aseptic technique, hospital supplies and distribution system
- Demonstrated ability to operate various pieces of equipment
- Communicate in a respectful, tactful and sensitive manner with patients, staff and physicians
- Must have demonstrated ability to meet the attendance standards of the Hospital
- Bilingualism is an asset
