Logistics & Compliance Administrator

**Qualifications**
- Experienced in Export Ocean Freight, export and import certificates documentation would be considered an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are expected for this position while multilingual would be considered an asset.
- Salary is negotiable depending on experience level.
- Detail oriented, attention to details.

**Responsibilities**
- Plan and Manage logistics, transportation and customer services.
- Fulfill POs from customers orders and send to suppliers.
- Prepare all documentation for customers including invoices, packing list, date codes and any CFIA/DFO certificates required per shipment.
- Comply with laws, CFIA and MSC regulations and requirements.
- Complete various reports with regards to shipments, amount of product shipped etc.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Shediac, NB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
