**Job Overview**

As a Warehouse Lead you are responsible for receiving and unloading slabs of stone (quartz, marble, granite, porcelain) from trucks using an overhead crane and/or forklift. You will also ensure all slabs are put into inventory and be able to be retrieved efficiently.

**Responsibilities and Duties as mentioned below but not limited to**:

- Unload trucks in an efficient manner using overhead crane
- Inventory each slab as soon as possible after delivery and put in racks
- Load trucks as required with slabs or finished material
- Move slabs as needed using forklift
- Suggest and implement process improvements
- Maintain and keep workspace clean and organized
- Maintain company safety guidelines and SOP’s
- Train and manage new hires as and when required

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing facility is preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Skilled at troubleshooting and resolving mechanical or logístical problems that arise
- Ability to push, pull and move equipment and stone in excess of 50 lbs
- Positive and professional attitude

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- warehouse: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:
