Kindret Landscape Group is a Winnipeg based Landscape Design/Build & Maintenance company. We are an award-winning, team-oriented, COR Certified Commercial and Residential Landscaping contractor full-spectrum landscaping operation. Our services include commercial & residential landscape design and construction, year-round maintenance, and snow removal in winter months.
As a result of continued growth and demand, we are currently seeking the services of an experienced full-time Landscape Foreman to join our team. The position available is full-time, year-round.
**Responsibilities**
- Lead and supervise a team of landscape technicians, laborers, and seasonal workers.
- Assign tasks, provide direction, and ensure that work is carried out efficiently and according to quality standards.
- Adhere to company policies and engage with customers courteously by addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Support foreman in construction, and equipment maintenance, and uphold safety protocols.
- Manage daily truck loading/unloading.
- Able to pull a trailer.
**Qualifications**
High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum three years experience in landscape/construction
- Skilled in supervising 2-3 individuals, multitasking, and truck/trailer operation
- Skilled in equipment use, communication, and time management
- Familiar with industry materials and methods
- Capable of independent work and team collaboration
- Proficient with hand and power tools, and small engine equipment
- Capable of lifting 50 pounds consistently
- Experience near heavy machinery and outdoor conditions, with flexibility for varied hours including weekends
- Experience in snow removal preferred
- Good customer service skills are essential to handle inquiries and requests professionally.
- Strong communication and organizational skills
**These duties include, but are not limited to**:
- Use construction and landscaping tools and equipment to complete daily tasks including survey equipment, skid steers, cut saws, packers, mini excavators, paving equipment.
- Assist in the installation of softscape materials such as trees, shrubs, grasses and perennials.
- Assist in the installation of hardscape materials such as concrete curbs and sidewalks, asphalt and precast concrete products.
- Accurately read and interpret construction documents.
- Accurately track and report progress on a daily basis.
- Work with project stakeholders to ensure the project is delivered on time and meets all budget requirements.

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
