Warehouse Supervisor

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Manage, lead, and establish a positive working environment within, where employees are motivated to meet performance standards
- Developing and executing operational plans to support sales growth: labour planning, staffing, and budget requirements
- Implement plans and accomplish goals within company standards and practices
- Ensuring employee compliance with all Company and provincial legislation
- Providing ongoing coaching to assist team members to meet their full potential.
- Managing and/or participating in recruitment & selection, onboarding and training employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems

**Experience, Skills & Competencies**
- College diploma in Operations or Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience
- 3-6 years related experience in a warehouse or distribution setting
- 3-5 years related experience managing people
- Knowledge of ERP systems [SAP (WM/IM/SD) preferred] and RF WMS technology
- Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to influence and interact effectively with all levels of the organization
