We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant DJ & Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will provide top notch music and entertainment for many types of events. You will be able to address customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience with our brand. If you have a passion for having fun, providing an amazing experience for our clients and possess strong communication skills, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other service providers at scheduled events
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.

**Skills**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient with computers and technology
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Proficiency in using music and entertainment software
- Teachable and willing to learn
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
