**Summary**:
As a Sinto territory manager, you will have the exclusive rights to sell Sinto products within your respective region. The position is responsible for creating, maintaining, and growing Sinto’s presence within the assigned territory through B2C and B2B sales. You will be in charge of identifying leads, educating customers, and providing outstanding customer service. Sinto offers high end lubrication products to a variety of industries that include recreational vehicles, heavy machinery, automotive, mining, and naval industry just to name a few. The territory manager/BO is supported by a leading organization that provides expertise and support through its team of chemists, engineers, product managers, business leaders, and its outstanding customer service team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Achieve top line sales and margin goals.
- Travel to meet customers and understand their needs.
- Identify and action top commercial opportunities.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Present and execute promotions and programs in assigned region.
- Participate in major trade shows within assigned territory.
- Provide training to your customers on product features and benefits.
- Provide feedback on market trends.
