**Description**:
We are looking for a hardworking individual who enjoys working outside and is interested in a career in Arboriculture. The work, which is physically demanding at times, Duties will include tree climbing; tree removal and pruning, operating a brush chipper, dragging brush, equipment maintenance etc. The typical day is 7-4 but the hours do vary.

**Who are we looking for?**
- Reliable, punctual and responsible, with strong work ethics
- Attentive to detail
- Someone who can meet the physical demands of working outdoors (able to lift 75+ pounds) in varying weather conditions.
- Driver’s license (G) with clean abstract.
- Minimum 3 years Climbing experience

**Assets**:

- DZ or AZ license
- 0-8 Ton Crane Certification
- Post secondary education in arboriculture
- ISA Certified Arborist Certification

**Job Type**: Full-time seasonal

**Location**: North Gower (Ottawa), ON

**Wage**: starting at $25-$35/h depending on experience level

**Start Date**: April 2023.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- tree climbing: 2 years (preferred)

Work Location: One location

Expected start date: 2023-04-01
