**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist patients and visitors at the front desk with a friendly demeanor.
- Manage phone systems, including answering calls, directing inquiries, and taking messages as needed.
- Maintain organized filing systems for patient records and office documents.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as typing correspondence, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow and communication within the office.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an office or administrative role; experience in a healthcare office is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software, including Google Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $31,800.00-$32,000.00 per year
