**THE OPPORTUNITY**:

- Objectives & Responsibilities of the Coordinator, Sprinkler Projects:_
- Track status and log Project Deliverables for consultant approval. Ensuring that all required information is included and directing any compliance issues to the appropriate parties.
- Record and distribute meeting minutes as required.
- Assist with project scheduling and logistics as required.
- Gather Site Instructions, Variation Requests, Change Directives and Field Changes and forward to the Project Manager.
- Assist the Project Manager in the preparation and maintenance of Change Order Logs, Risks/Issues Logs, Project Construction Schedules, Cost & Resource Loaded Schedules, and Vendor Progress Claims.
- Assist Site Superintendent with onsite activities with respect to Security, Safety, Site Access, and Site inspection.
- Adhere to and promote the companies core values, processes, policies and Occupational Health and Safety protocols.
- Provide additional Operations Support, as required.
- Additional coordination and administrative duties as they may arise.

- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Previous Project Management experience or education is considered an asset.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Resourceful nature and ability to think critically with a customer centric focus to problem solving and task prioritization.
- Computer literate; confident utilizing various software systems.
- Strong attention to detail, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
- Experience in or general/technical knowledge of the Fire Prevention Industry is considered an asset.
- Excellent time management and task prioritization skills; ability to manage various high priority tasks while planning for and meeting deadlines as needed.
