We are currently looking for an afternoon shift Warehouse Lead Hand (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM) to join Radiant and be part of our dynamic team.

**LOCATION: 12490 Coleraine Drive, Bolton, ON**

**What You’ll Do**:

- Assign and prioritize duties in order to meet customer requirements.
- Investigate issues to find the root cause. Recommend solutions to resolve and prevent recurrence.
- Resolve escalated process issues with the team.
- Make recommendations for process improvements.
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment through adherence to security and safety policies.
- Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers.
- Receive, handle, ship and store goods.
- Verify and document the quantity and condition of goods received and shipped.
- Audit paperwork to ensure accuracy. Scan individual items. Process items as per work instructions.
- Pick and pack orders to customer requirements.
- Ensure orders are ready for shipment to customers in adherence to delivery schedules.
- Assist with inventory control processes. Note and communicate inventory discrepancies.
- Train new employees on processes and procedures.
- Assist in the execution of any Continuous Improvement initiatives.

**What You Bring to the Role**:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a distribution / 3PL environment.
- Prior leadership / supervisory experience.
- Valid current MHE Operating Certificates for forklift equipment including Raymond Reach, Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, Power Walkie.
- Experience working in a GMP / AIB facility is a definite asset.
- Effective communication skills in English - read, write, listen and speak.
- Experience with warehouse management system (WMS).
- Able to work safely and effectively under pressure in a time sensitive environment.
- Be a role model for quality, integrity and safety.
