**Medication and Delivery Solutions MDS***

**JOB SUMMARY**:
The purpose of this role is to provide day to day administrative support for the MDS marketing team. This role will work closely with the MDS Marketing team to facilitate internal and external activities and compliance. This role is hybrid is Mississauga, Ontario.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Sales Collateral Management**:

- Creative Services Coordination of new and revisions to literature and training materials
- Sales and Training Collateral execution including creative service coordination, Veeva approvals, French translation and Showpad Management (primary)
- Literature and samples management

**Compliance Coordination**:

- Preparation and follow up on all MDS Marketing ROR requirements to ensure compliance and timely payment
- PO Creation Management, Invoice Payments
- Coordination of marketing Spend invoices and tracking versus budget

**Event Coordination**:

- Maintenance of MDS national conference calendar
- Logistical coordination for national conferences
- Xzibits inventory and logístical coordination of all conference supplies
- Webinar communications and logistics as required
- Coordination of KOL Events, Advisory Boards, and other customer events as required
- Regional Marketing Meeting and National Sales meeting Coordination
- Other marketing event coordination

**General Duties**:

- Manage ordering / replenishment process for all marketing materials (non-BD product)
- MDS Brand Ambassador
- Overall Administrative Support for MDS Marketing Team
- Assist in the execution of marketing promotions/campaigns as required
- RFP sample coordination as required
- Product Activation/Discontinuation Coordination
- Manage Notice of Conversion Process for MDS
- Other duties as required

**Skill Sets/Competencies**:

- Adept in Technology
- Technological skills necessary to perform data entry, manage team calendars, and create company reports - including ability to input data into a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Verbal & Written Communication
- Organization
- Time Management
- Prioritizing of tasks in order of importance or planning out processes for the entire team.
- Resourcefulness
- Ability to adapt get job done quickly - resourceful in getting tasks done through multi-tasking and creative thinking skills, ability to be resourceful in exploring other avenues to reach a solution.

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- University Degree
- Experience with SAP or other ERP system
- Bilingual (English and French) an asset

**Working Conditions**:

- Typical of a coordinator position, with overtime and travel required as necessary
