**Job Summary**

We are currently working remotely and the role offers remote flexibility post pandemic. Hours of work are from 9 am to 5 pm. Occasional pre-authorized overtime may be required to meet client needs.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Creating and maintaining learning events in Fasken’s Learning Management System (LMS)
- Preparing, verifying, uploading, and maintaining up-to-date learning records for program participants
- Coordinating program logistics including, but not limited to, scheduling, booking boardrooms, room and IT set up, and distribution of program materials
- On site administration and support for the sessions and programs that are delivered onsite and in person
- Acting as the moderator for virtual sessions, when required
- Handling program changes and cancellations, including related communications
- Coordinating scheduling of seminars with internal and external speakers
- Managing, tracking, and certifying attendance for all programs and maintaining records per LSO requirements
- Assisting in researching external providers of CPD
- Entering information, updating content, and monitoring accuracy of content in our Learning Management System (LMS)
- Preparing and processing program evaluations
- Producing regularly scheduled, reoccurring reports and reports on an ad hoc basis
- Assisting with inquiries from lawyers regarding their CPD compliance
- Assisting in coordinating orientation for incoming law students, first year associates and lateral hires
- Supporting other learning related activities of the Professional Development and Learning & Development departments as required
- Other duties as assigned

**Required Knowledge and Experience**
- Post-secondary diploma with a focus on either event management and/or administrative support
- One to two years’ related experience working in a Corporate or Professional services environment
- Knowledge of legal profession Continuing Professional Development (CPD) rules and procedures is an asset
- Previous exposure to a Learning Management System (LMS) is an asset
- Strong technical skills using MS Office 2010
