Private Practice

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Will be working with clients one on one, as a family or couple.
- Work may be performed in office or at home virtually.
- Experience in counselling/therapy, crisis intervention, advocacy, mediation and conflict resolution.
- Assist clients with identifying, building, and maintaining a support system and network.
- Obtain necessary consents from all clients.
- Facilitate groups as required/needed
- Maintain up-to-date client files and case notes.
- Schedule appointments for own clients.
- Contribute to a welcoming environment.
- Identify and preform the most appropriate of available treatment modalities.
- Must understand confidentiality of the role, including Privacy legislation governing this organization.
- Continuous commitment to professional development.
- Vulnerable Sector Check.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience working in a related position preferred, ideally in a private based setting.

**Professional Designations and/or Licenses**

**MUST BE REGISTERED** **WITH A RELEVANT GOVERNING BODY (eg. OCSWSSW).**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 15 per week
