Marketplace Specialist

**Job Summary**:
The Marketplace Specialist is responsible for optimizing AutoShack’s presence on major online marketplaces, including Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and Google Shopping, with a subsequent focus on enhancing the AutoShack website. The goal is to drive sales growth, improve product visibility, and maintain a seamless customer experience across all platforms.

**Responsibilities**

1. Marketplace Optimization:

- Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and Google Shopping.
- Implement strategies to improve product rankings, visibility, and sales performance through keyword optimization, competitive pricing, and sponsored listings.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to enhance results.

2. Sales Growth:

- Identify and execute opportunities for new product listings, category expansion, and promotional campaigns.

3. Website Enhancement:

- Ensure consistency and accuracy of product listings on the AutoShack website.
- Work with web development and marketing teams to improve the website’s user experience and drive higher conversion rates.

4. Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Regularly review and report on the performance of each marketplace, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Stay informed about marketplace algorithm changes, policies, and best practices, adapting strategies as necessary.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate with product development, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to marketplace management.

Performance Metrics:

- Improvement in sales and visibility on key marketplaces.
- Enhanced conversion rates on the AutoShack website.
- Effective inventory management across all sales channels.
- Achievement of sales targets and campaign goals.

Pay: $26.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
