Reporting to the Operations Manager, Warehouse Labourer will be responsible for:
**Materials Inventory Tracking, including but not limited to**:

- Daily count and reconciliation
- Restocking and replenishment
- Job picks and prepping/loading
- Sign in/Sign out

**Equipment and Tools Inventory Tracking, including but not limited to**:

- Regular count and reconciliation
- Sourcing and procurement
- Job picks and prepping/loading
- Sign in/Sign out
- Regular maintenance when required

**Warehouse and Yard Management, including but not limited to**:

- Cleaning and organizing
- Regular garbage and recycling
- Manage scale visits and paperwork
- Seasonal yard maintenance
- Snow clearing
- Grass maintenance
- End of Shift Walk through and checklist
- Maintain H&S board and communication

**Fleet Management, including but not limited to**:

- Sign in/sign out keys
- Daily inspections
- Cleaning and organizing

**General Duties**:
Including, but not limited to the following:

- Pickup/Deliver tools/supplies to job sites;
- Support Divisional Supervisors with misc. labour duties at client sites;
- Driving company vehicle;
- Completing daily timecard;
- Other duties as required

**Training/Certificates Required**:

- WHMIS Certificate;
- Working at Heights Certificate;
- Worker Health and Safety Awareness Certificate;
- AODA;
- Asbestos Awareness and/or Asbestos Abatement Worker Course (MTCU 253-W).
- *Will train if necessary_

**Pre-Qualification Criteria**:

- CPIC -With Vulnerable Sector Clearance;
- Basic Literacy skills - written and oral;
- Basic Computer skills - Microsoft office;
- Valid class “G” drivers license with clean abstract;
- Must be able to lift 40+ lbs.

**Requirements**:

- 2-5 years in construction industry an asset;
- High School Diploma preferred;
- Willing and able to work in extreme temperatures;
- Wiling and able to multi-task in a diverse environment;
- Willing and able to follow process and procedures;
- Willing and able to work in and support a team environment;
- Customer Service mindset;
- Must have positive attitude and willing to take direction from various stakeholders;
- Commitment to safe working practices.

**Hours of Work**

Discretionary (M-F shift range between 6:00am-6:00pm)

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
