**The General Restaurant Manager’s duties include, but are not limited too**
- Oversee all staff and work with Head Chef - be a mentor, a coach, and a leader
You must have a passion for food and beverage and providing exceptional guest service through your inspirational leadership
Must be Smart Serve certified. First Aid, JHSC, and Food Handler certifications are an asset
- Understanding and interpreting P&Ls and other financial statements & budgeting.
- Managing the staff to help maintain and achieve restaurant targets and standards
- Managing, and controlling labour costs and food and waste costs
- Complete payroll, place orders, create schedules, and other weekly office duties
- Respond to complaints and take any appropriate action to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests.
- Social Media Managment,
- Keep constant communication between yourself and your team. Daily updates with information to successfully eliminate any communication errors, and to share positive communication (i.e., features, specials, new products, promotions.)
- Facilitate the fun on weekend party nights, and any throughout the week Reservations
- Develops and cultivates strong working relationships with all stakeholders: guests, management, team members and vendors
- Live and teach our Vision and Values.
- Spread the enthusiasm and energy among all of our team members.

**Salary**: From $38,000.00 per year
