Technician (Ladner) - Full-time, Salary based on experience*

**About the position**

We are looking for a Red Seal Mechanic seasoned suspension technician and alignment specialist of installing aftermarket parts installer. As an Automotive Aftermarket Restyling Company, we are passionate about the services we provide and pride ourselves on quality workmanship and customer service. We are seeking an experienced technician who understands the importance of quality workmanship, is capable of prioritizing jobs and, most importantly, is interested in keeping our valued customers coming back.

**Installation**
- Follow established procedures for installation of parts.
- Properly complete the installations of Aftermarket Parts including Wheels and Tires.
- Road test each vehicle to ensure the proper fitments and working ability of the parts installed.
- Use of lifting equipment and must be able to constantly be moving, bending, lifting and walking around shop. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds comfortably.
- Perform work in priority order assigned by the shop in a timely fashion.

**Customer Service**
- Keep sales staff and customers informed of vehicles progress.
- Clean vehicles to return to customers.

**Safety**
Follow all company safety policies and procedures to ensure wellness of staff and customers.

**Your took kit will bring**
- Experience working on suspension and alignment of parts.
- Completion of High School diploma and Mechanic technician training.
- Experience following proper procedures for performing installations and service.
- Familiarize and utilize all shop equipment and resources.
- Ability to work in a team-based environment.
- Self-motivated and able to work with mínimal supervision.
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to speak to customers to understand their requests.
- Pride in work, organization & planning, as well as very high attention to detail.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office skills are an asset).
- Previous experience in the automotive industry, wholes and distribution warehouse.
- Clean Driving record is a must and copy must be provided with Resume.

This is a full time position, Monday to Friday, with some weekend shifts required. After the completion of a 3 month probationary period, full benefits package.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $35.00-$47.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
