Construction Project Manager

Dartmouth, Canada Beaumont & Co. Full time

Beaumont Group consists of two companies, Beaumont Cabinets, and Beaumont Exhibits, among other investments and initiatives. Beaumont is known both locally and globally for producing high end projects. Beaumont Cabinets produces the highest-end custom kitchens and cabinetry in Nova Scotia, found in the most luxurious homes being renovated and newly built. Beaumont Exhibits works mainly in the US, producing state of the art trade show exhibits for leading brands such as Facebook, Disney and Rolls Royce. The role would provide opportunity to travel several times per year to unique cities such as LA and Nashville.
- Plan, schedule, organize, direct, control and evaluate construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget
- Handle project administration, including cost control, schedule control and change order administration
- Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
- Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, and monitor progress against established schedules
- Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors
- Develop and implement quality control programs
- Prepare progress reports and issue progress schedules to clients
- Hire and supervise the activities of subcontractors and subordinate staf

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
