INTRODUCTION

Inter Guerrilla Football Club (IGFC) is a non-profit association, utilizing the sport of soccer to improve

one's physical and emotional health. IGFC uses soccer as a vehicle for developing values, character,

social skills as well as collaborating with charitable organizations. Our aim is to become Toronto’s most

supported and known amateur football club. IGFC currently participates in NYSL men’s Division 1, and

will be participating in various tournaments including the Ontario cup.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attend all training sessions. Plan, deliver and analyze all training sessions for the team when required.
- Coach during all games, tournaments and showcases as scheduled.
- Assist with trials and player selection for the team.
- Support and implement the game model, curriculum and identity.
- Participate in all internal coach development sessions related to athlete development.
- Attend all meetings with Director of Soccer that are scheduled.
- Participate in outside activities that are judged as appropriate and approved by Director.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong interpersonal, communication (written and verbal) skills.
- Punctual, professional, approachable, detailed, responsive and organized.
- Understanding of holistic player development.
- Ability and desire to work within a team and a culture.
- Eligible to work in Ontario
