Appliance Technician

**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with a variety of appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, dishwashers.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on appliances following manufacturer guidelines and safety standards.
- Assemble and disassemble appliance components as needed for repairs or replacements.
- Read and interpret schematics to understand appliance functionality and identify problems.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repairs, maintenance options, and appliance usage.
- Maintain accurate electronic records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used.
- Stay updated on the latest appliance technologies and repair techniques through continuous education.
**Skills**
- Strong electrical knowledge related to appliance operation and repair.
- Proficient in mechanical systems with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Experience with sealed systems is a must.
- Familiarity with appliance repair techniques and tools.
- Excellent customer service skills to effectively interact with clients.
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals for various appliances.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Pay: $30.00-$50.00 per hour
