Who we want:
We are currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Crate Builder, to build sturdy crates for our clients' awesome signage These are not small ordinary crates, Creativity and superb measurement and skills are required for this position as protecting the signage is just as important as making it

What You’ll Do:
- Accurately measure and build wooden crates to specifications for shipping
- Perform routine inventory checks to ensure we’re always stocked and organized
- Lift and carry materials up to 80 lbs, with a focus on safety and precision
- Use pneumatic and power tools (staplers, saws, drills) to assist with production
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times
- Pick up and deliver parcels as needed
- Be a key player in the overall signage production process, ensuring that each piece meets our high standards
What You’ll Need:
- Forklift license/certification is a plus, but not required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving abstract required
- Experience with carpentry (2-3 year preferred)
- Be able use basic tools and tape measures with accuracy
- Comfortable lifting 50 to 80 lbs and working in a fast-paced, sometimes dusty environment
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for producing quality work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 42 per week
