**Title: Estimator**

**Reports To: Shop Manager**

**Location: Edmonton South**

The Estimator will create an estimate to repair a customer’s damaged vehicle back to pre-accident condition. He/She will also manage communication and contact with customers and insurance partners to ensure customer satisfaction. The Estimator will work closely with the production team and is responsible for providing accurate information to customers, insurance carriers, and the dealership teams in terms of scope of work, pricing, damage, and estimated completion time of repair work.

**Job Duties**
- Create repair plan for customers according to Collision Repair Experts, OEM, and insurance carrier best practices/guidelines
- Collaborate with production and parts to ensure production and profitability targets are met
- Close reviewed files after delivery and submit the request for final payment

**Requirements**:

- At least 2-3 years of collision repair experience in estimating/sales
- Experience in and competence with estimating systems (MCE Mitchell Cloud Estimating & Audatex) and Management software (Mitchell RepairCenter)
- Possess a valid driver’s license

**Salary**: $50,949.75-$102,482.56 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Edmonton, AB T6B 3S2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- service advisor: 4 years (preferred)
- Autobody estimating: 4 years (preferred)
