Client Services Associate

Work experience: A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative and/or client service leadership role

Job description
- Be a positive and professional first point of contact for our firm
- Answer client phone calls and direct inquiries to team members as required
- Assist department leads with client outreach and collecting of client information
- Assist management with setting up virtual and/or in person meetings
- Welcoming clients to our firm and ensuring they receive timely and supportive assistance
- Assist client services colleagues with other office support tasks
- Assist in invoicing and receiving payments
- Perform filing, sorting, and copying of client files
- Ad hoc administrative projects as assigned

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
