**Position Overview**:
Attaches Reliable, a division of Richelieu Hardware, is currently seeking a** Solicitation Agent **position. Under the supervision of the Director of Industrial Sales, the agent will be responsible for achieving sales objectives through telephone solicitation.

**More specifically, your main tasks will be**:

- Promote sales development through phone calls.
- Respond to inquiries about products and services.
- Respond to inquiries about products and services.
- Enter submissions into the system and make changes.
- Respond to various requests for quotes from external and internal representatives.
- Redirect quote requests to internal representatives.
- Send submissions for approval.
- Send the information necessary to open accounts with Richelieu.
- Provide support to the sales office

**Requirements**:

- A college diploma (DEC) and/or relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office - including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Bilingualism (French and English), both written and spoken.
- With strong skills for sales and for learning new technologies
- With ease of expression
- Who is skilled in communication and teamwork.
- Well organised.
- Who has a good ability to manage priorities independently.
