About the Role:
Are you a curious student interested in utilizing research-based approaches to generate meaningful customer insights? Bosa Properties is excited to offer an internship opportunity with our new Customer Insights team for a term of 4 months (May 2023 - August 2023).

Reporting to the Vice President of Customer, the Intern, Market Research & Customer Insights will support the organization to enable customer-centric decisions through organizing internal research projects and working with external research providers as required to bring forward product and customer experience insights. Working with stakeholders from various lines of business, you will also venture into customer experience (CX) design, creating journey maps and service maps. You will have the opportunity to connect with our various departments and the Executive team to understand the full customer experience and create a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Writing research briefs to bring clarity and alignment to the project
- Conducting primary and secondary research to understand customer needs, motivations, and experiences;
- Analyzing data to generate insights and findings;
- Creating presentations to showcase strategic insights to various stakeholders;
- Supporting with designing customer journey maps, segmenting customers, and visualizing information;
- Attending meetings with various teams and take detailed notes;
- Working on other ad-hoc projects or tasks as required by the Customer Insights team.

People would describe you as adaptable and a strong executer who brings projects to the finish line. You are able to think through problems and offer solution focused feedback. Most importantly, you are passionate about bringing ideas to life and working on projects that will contribute to key business decisions.

**Our Must Haves**:

- Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Business Administration, Customer Experience (CX/UX) Market Research, Consumer Behaviour, or a related program;
- Excellent and professional verbal and written communication skills;
- A basic understanding and working knowledge of the customer journey process, user experience, and user mapping;
- Ability to listen carefully and ask thoughtful questions to gain deeper insights;
- Curious mindset with strong problem solving and analytical skills;
- Excellent organizational and project management skills;
- Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word;
- Experience with visualization software would be considered an asset;
- Previous market research experience would be considered an asset.
