We are seeking a Janitorial Supervisor to join our team and help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in various facilities throughout Kingston, Belleville, Quinte West, Brockville, and Johnstown.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate janitorial staff in their daily tasks.
- Train and onboard new janitorial team members.
- Replace staff in the event of illness, holidays, etc.
- Address and resolve any cleaning-related issues or emergencies.
- Perform floor maintenance, carpet cleaning, and window cleaning tasks.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following all safety guidelines.
- Other duties as required by the company.
- Inspect facilities regularly to ensure they meet cleanliness and safety standards.
- Manage schedules, including assigning tasks and handling shift rotations.
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and equipment as needed.
- Handle administrative duties such as record-keeping, timekeeping, and reporting.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in commercial cleaning and janitorial services.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Professional work attitude.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in using cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- A clear criminal background check and the ability to pass security screening.

**Mileage and Hours**:

- Mileage paid for work outside of your home area.
- Drive time is compensated for work outside of your home area.
- Full-time position requiring flexible schedule, including day, afternoon, night shifts, and weekends.
