**Plumbing Helper Opportunity in the Owen Sound Area**

Day Shift - (evenings and weekends may be required)

**JOB DETAILS**

**_ Duties and Responsibilities_**
- Assisting & supporting plumbers with measuring
- Holding pipes and parts for installation
- Unpacking & packing equipment
- Adjusting water pressure valves
- Measuring, cutting & threading pipes
- Work with plumbers, project managers, office staff and customers to help complete projects
- Identify, troubleshoot & present technical issues in a clear and concise manner
- Providing & handling tools, equipment and stock in a safe manner and as required
- Other duties as assigned

**_Qualifications and Requirements_**
- Valid Ontario driver's license with a clean driving record
- Punctual with organization/planning abilities
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to perform physically demanding work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Tenacity and the determination to get things done in a timely manner
- Self-sufficient, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Safety certified for working in construction (WAH, WHMIS, Workers Health & Safety Awareness - These certifications can be obtained upon starting)
