Receptionist

Mason Landscaping is locally owned and operated in the Town of Morinville and has provided many services to residential and commercial customers for over 15 years.

We are looking add a positive and friendly person to our team who's main job is to communicate with customers and assist management. We are looking to hire someone with experience in an office setting, team oriented and has pleasant and professional mannerisms. This position is part time, 20 hours per week.
- Tasks & Responsibilities:_
- _Answer and return phone calls_
- _Relay messages and follow up with customers_
- _Provide customers with landscaping quotes_
- _Prepare invoices and take payments (cash, debit, credit)_
- _Make deposits (cash, cheque)_
- _Schedule quotes, meetings, and jobs_
- _Keep a neat and presentable work space_
- _Order product needed for landscape crews_

**Salary**: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
