Calgary, Canada Efficient Property Assistants Full time

Efficient Property Assistants is currently hiring for one part-time position The role involves conducting move-in and move-out inspections for residential units and facilitating access for prospective tenants to view available units.

All scheduling and necessary paperwork during the processes will be managed by the office personnel at the specified location(s).

Responsibilities include maintaining confidentiality of property access, conducting oneself professionally and politely when interacting with tenants and prospective tenants, attention to detail, and ensuring well-written completion of paperwork.

The job also requires the use of a camera phone to document the property's condition during inspections, including the potential need to record walkthrough videos. Following a Calgary residential rental checklist and inspection form to note any discrepancies with the property is crucial.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
