ServiceMaster of Mississauga currently has a full-time position available for a Cleaner/Crew Helper at our busy disaster restoration company in the Dixie/Dundas area of Mississauga. Our location provides restoration services to residences, condominiums and businesses from fires, floods, sewer backups, wind and other disasters. Regular hours are 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday and occasional evenings/Saturdays as needed.
**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**: The following is a list of the essential duties and responsibilities of this job. The tasks and the time spent performing each task may vary as business needs require. ServiceMaster of Mississauga maintains the right to modify job duties and responsibilities at its discretion.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- General cleaning duties as required on job sites
- Post construction clean-ups
- Clean contents
- Itemize contents
- Pack/unpack contents for move outs/move backs
- Complete deliveries as needed (equipment, loose rugs)
- General housekeeping of warehouse
- Work alongside crew chief to perform other miscellaneous duties as required
- Provide an exceptional level of service that exceeds the expectation of the client
- Conduct all work in accordance with company safety policies

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Communicate in English both written and verbal
- Driver’s licence preferred
- Be physically capable of lifting, bending and performing repetitive tasks
- Adaptable and able to work effectively in a variety of settings
- Able to work in team environments as well as independently
- Be available to work evenings/weekends if needed
- A satisfactory reference check and criminal background check are required for the position
- Cleaning experience or experience in the restoration industry considered an asset
- On the job training provided

**EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS**:Education Required: High School DiplomaOther Education/Certification/Training preferred: IICRC Certifications are considered an asset

**JOB TYPE**: Full-time, Permanent

**SALARY**: $20.00 per hour
- Overtime pay after 44.0 hours
