**Your Future Role**:
As the Financial Administrator, this position will play a crucial role in managing PBJ’s financial activities. The primary responsibilities include overseeing accounts receivable and accounts payable and ensuring accurate balancing of financial statements. This position can be located out of our Listowel or Walkerton location. Some duties include:

- Process and review invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
- Generate and issue invoices to clients.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely collection.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
- Communication with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders regarding financial matters.
- Collaborate across departments to gather appropriate financial information.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements and other financial records.
- Identify and investigate discrepancies in financial statements.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.

**You will bring to the Team**:

- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial administration, accounting or similar experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational, analytical and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize, multitask and work independently.
- Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, innovative, fast-paced and continuously changing environment.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with tact and discretion.
