As a Personal Lines Producer you will spend most of your time finding new business and servicing the book of business you created, which gives you more referrals and more commissions growth. You are not limited to selling only Personal Lines, you can sell Commercial Lines as well where the opportunities arise. You can sell Commercial Lines if you wish and find it useful to round up Personal
accounts. As a Producer you will be providing service to accounts and working directly with CSRs and TSRs to manage and grow a book of business. You will enjoy our team meetings, growth sessions and ongoing training classes so you can learn more, earn more, and contribute your ideas to the team. Our social Team Building events are a blast. **What You’ll Do**

We’re looking for a business development specialist / producer to join our Personal lines insurance team anywhere within Ontario. They will use their previous knowledge and relationships to find new customers to create customized insurance programs to protect their assets.

Proactively identify new business opportunities and build relationships with quality centers of influence to generate leads via referrals and other business development techniques.

Develop submissions for markets that will meet the needs of the clients.

Present, assert and can speak to all stakeholders to share our value proposition.

Quote prospects to meet and exceed monthly quotas for quotes and production.

Continually develop and maintain a comprehensive prospecting and sales plan that will help drive sales

Service your clients, get referrals and grow the book of business.

**What You Bring**
- Valid RIBO License Required
- 3+ years of insurance sales experience, strong sales skills within the industry with a willingness to learn
- Self-Motivated with a passion for generating sales through being of service
- Self-managing with strong analytical, and organizational skills
- Confident, poised, and interactive - when client-facing communicates effectively, demonstrates emotional intelligence, and understands how to tailor responses in a variety of dynamic situations
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Working towards CAIB and/or CIP preferred
- Creative ability to influence and negotiate
- Persistent and results oriented
- Excellent computer skills are expected.
- PowerBroker and HubSpot fluency are an asset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite products - specifically Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
