**Job Purpose**:
The Manager, Strategy and Operations will be responsible for problem-solving, root cause analysis, identifying gaps, and developing solutions for CarePros. The role will also be responsible for developing new processes to be implemented across the Service Delivery team.

The Manager will work closely with the Director, Strategy and Operations to achieve results on assigned projects and activities, provide input into the broader strategy, and support the creation of prepared materials, content, and programs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive highly visible strategic projects, working cross-functionally to structure problems, analyze opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations and results through a rigorous, data-driven process.
- Drive the operational cadence for the group, measure and track critical KPIs and initiatives, and present to an executive leadership audience.
- Develop strategic and business cases working with cross-functional teams outlining business opportunity, rationale, and execution plans to achieve the vision for the opportunity, including process improvement and go-to-market strategies.
- Uncover areas within the business to drive performance improvements to unlock productivity and accelerate execution.
- Provide insights to the business through analytics, onsite and market research as required
- Work with cross-functional teams (Service Delivery, Clinical Services, Scheduling, Operations Excellence, Facilities, People & Culture, Accounting & Finance, and Technology) to execute growth opportunities and manage across the company.
- Own and be responsible for managing change across many initiatives essential to operationalizing the professional services, organizational goals and vision and overall execution for the Service Delivery Department specifically
- Help create 2-3 year operational roadmaps for different departments
- Support on Request for Proposals and Procurement Management

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- MBA is preferred
- Management consulting experience is preferred
- 5+ years experience with a mix of strategy, business operations in a technology company or top-tier consulting firm/corporate strategy field with strong exposure to technology
- Project Management Experience: Demonstrated ability to take a project from ideation through to implementation
- Experience driving large and complex initiatives from framing the problem, conducting research/analysis to building the business and operational plans through to driving execution to success
- Familiarity with the industry is a plus
- Excellent written, verbal, and technical communicator
- Track record of being a manager of one
- Ideally, 2+ years experience in high growth start-up environments / Experience in growing and scaling businesses-- either in a start-up or big company context.
- Extensive experience with strategy development
- Strong leadership, analytical and financial skills to solve complex business problems
- People development and influencing skills; able to build and lead strong teams
- Self-starter who enjoys working in a dynamic, collaborative, and innovative high-growth environment
- History of operational excellence, exceptional analytical skills, and execution abilities.
