Cleaning Associate Part-time

Winnipeg, Canada UWCRC 2.0 INC. Full time

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure the health, safety and comfort of tenants
- Clean building entrances, elevators, offices, halls, stairwells, laundry rooms, garbage rooms, amenity rooms, and any other common areas as required
- Clean vacant suites and other suite touch-ups as required
- Interior and exterior garbage pick-up as required
- Complete comprehensive end of month cleaning on ‘move out’ units. Cleaning includes, but is not limited to ovens, carpet, walls, windows, kitchens and bathrooms
- Ensure proper and accurate inventory management of supplies and equipment
- Ensure all equipment is working and being maintained properly
- Assist property staff with minor maintenance tasks as required
- Complete other tasks assigned by the Maintenance Service Coordinator
