As Inventory Control Lead, you’ll assure that on-hand inventory in OAK+FORT’S own and 3PL warehouse are reflected accurately in the system (NetSuite). You’ll create effective maintenance procedures to allow for max utilization of the building and simplify receiving and put-away processes. You’ll create Vendor rating process to reflect the count accuracy and quality of product shipped by Vendors.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Perform Quality Control on all inbound shipments to ensures goods meet O+F quality standards;
- Daily Cycle Counts, review the result of Counts, audit and analyze data to assure inventory accuracy;
- Provide progress reports by period and report year-end Cycle Count Result;
- Take the lead in Distribution Center season change whole cycle, including LP planning (new SKU configuration and primary SKU set up), Discontinued Merchandise Move and the assigning of work to warehouse associates;
- Bin/slot maintenance activities, bar code/label replacement and updates;
- Investigate all variances/discrepancies with a sense of urgency; communicates with departments as required, to bring issues to an immediate resolve;
- Create empty location checks;
- Uses WMS and Excel to sort through cycle count data;
- Daily maintenance of the virtual receiving bin and putaway work sheets;
- Negative Inventory maintenance;
- Pre-Receiving Functions;
- TO Closing as needed;
- Closing open PO transactions;
- Bin/inventory consolidation based on inbound;
- QA/QC investigations;
- Vendor Discrepancy Audits;
- Daily Cycle count discrepancy investigation;
- Location level & Bin Level inventory monitoring;
- Daily inventory operation
- ad-hoc inventory adjustments, damage transfer;
- DC IST TO closing -aged open TOs destined to DC need to be closed regular basis;
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Experience in leading Inventory Control or other experience in a similar capacity
- Good understand Inventory Control and Quality Assurance functions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize duties, follow through assignments with a minimum of direction, and be extremely detail oriented
- Experience in continuous improvement tools/methodologies to drive customer fulfillment, quality, efficiency and safety
- Experience in supervising and coaching personnel to ensure all assigned activities are performed effectively and efficiently
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data.
- Hands-on commitment to getting the job done.
