**Your Role at CCE**

As an Ultrasound Sales Consultant, your role will involve a wide range of duties as outlined below. This position requires a high-level knowledge of diagnostic ultrasound, the Canadian healthcare industry/regulators, and patient care as it pertains to end users of diagnostic ultrasound equipment.

**Responsibilities and duties**:

- Building and maintaining professional relationships with your colleagues, clients, and other key players in the Canadian healthcare industry.
- Possessing an adequate base-line knowledge of diagnostic ultrasound equipment uses, users, features, mechanics and functionality.
- Obtaining extensive knowledge and experience with Samsung ultrasound equipment.
- Establishing new business with a specific focus on the point-of-care (POC) market and veterinary market.
- Effectively collaborating with colleagues for planning sales and marketing activities.
- Actively communicating with all counterparties for a smooth end-user sales experience.
- Client relationship management, from the time of initial contact extending to post-sale services.
- Identifying opportunities for new business from hospitals and private clinics.
- Maintaining existing business relationships by providing outstanding customer service and prompt attention to all clients.
- Ensuring adequate record retention, and closely maintaining the company CRM system.
- Possessing professional knowledge and maintaining proficiency to ensure equipment suitability for demonstrations, loaners, sales, and all other operations.
- Maintaining proficiency in industry trends and ultrasound technological advancements.
- Making strong and effective use of discovery questions, and keeping clients engaged and informed.
- Planning, preparation, and presentation of technical information to clients.
- Encouraging demonstrations and promoting competitively advantageous features to encourage sales.
- Traveling within Ontario and occasionally out-of-province to attend trade shows, training or client related events.
- Maintain excellent punctuality and attendance record.
- Compliance with all CCE safety rules and procedures.

**Skills Needed**
- An excellent understanding of diagnostic ultrasound systems and the Canadian healthcare system.
- Strong knowledge of hospital and clinical operations. Employment experience in this setting is highly preferred.
- Experience in diagnostic imaging is a strong asset.
- Experience in medical device sales is an asset.
- Effective communication skills for internal collaboration and client interactions.
- Ability to work independently and strong ability and willingness to learn, adapt and grow.
- Strong time management and organization skills.
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent customer relations skills

**Qualifications**
- 2+ years of diagnostic imaging experience is valued.
- 2+ years of professional sales experience is valued.
- 2+ years of veterinary ultrasound is valued.
- A full Driver’s License issued by a provincial authority of Canada is required.
- Must always adhere to Federal and Provincial regulations and safety protocols relating to the medical devices industry.
- Must be fluent in English, both written and verbal.

**Hours, Location & Compensation**
- Fixed and variable compensation with comprehensive bonus structure. Eligibility for medical/dental benefits and PTO. Compensation is determined by qualifications and experience.
- Job Type: full-time, permanent.
- Monday-Friday, 9am to 5pm excluding statutory holidays.
