**Technical Operations Manager**

We are currently looking for an **Technical Operations Manager, **to join our team. This is a key role to ensure our success of our operations within the Mississauga area.
What does this all mean?
- Oversee our technical service team composed of Sr Technical Associates. (9)
- Develop and coach Technical Associates on customer service best practices.
- Ensure that all customers are receiving top level service and that service levels are met.
- Maintain positive staff relations through consistent and effective communication including staff meetings, weekly reviews, and one on one communication.
- Make sure relevant administrative procedures are carried out correctly and efficiently in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate closely with other Associate Manager in the Ontario region to promote team synergy and work collaboration.
- Responsible for timely service call dispatching for all service activity.
- Ensures high integrity of equipment inventory with strong organizational skills.

**Requirements**:
This role might be for you if:
- You have strong experience in operations and people management (5 years)
- You have experience in a technical environment
- You are a good communicator who likes to coach, lead and build high-performance teams
- You are problem solver who easily navigates through ambiguity and unforeseen situations
- You like planning, optimizing and playing within key performance indicators
- You foster a safe work environment by promoting Occupational Health and Safety policies
- You have a strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite
