Seeking Experienced postal outlet clerk.

Potential for working more hours over the long term.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service to postal customers
- Assist customers with mailing and shipping needs
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) system for transactions
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain organized and clean work area
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Cashiering duties, including handling cash and processing payments

Qualifications:

- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $18.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Shift:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Serving It Right (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Victoria, BC V9A 7N6 (required)
